Help me organize myself!
I want to be more adventurous with DS and table foods. He's 9 mths old and at daycare eats waffles, french toast, meat sticks. How can I get myself together so I have finger foods more readily available. I've given him some veggies off my plate and some mac and cheese. We usually eat dinner after he goes to bed and since we get home at 6 during the week anyway we really only have the weekends to explore and try new foods.
How do you ladies do it??

Pasta is quick especially if you're making a small batch, and you can make enough for a few days. I also do the minute rice microwave cups sometimes. We do lots of frozen veggies so that's quick too. DD's favorites are peas and french cut green beans. If it's something appropriate for him, I would put some leftovers aside from what you eat the night before. When you need something else, the toaster oven is great. I throw in some chicken nuggets or fish sticks and the Dr. Praeger sweet potato or spinach bites. DD also loves the earth's best frozen mini meatballs which cook up in the microwave in about a minute.
