Stickers. ...And more stickers.
Anyone else out there have a kid obsessed with them? Mine is 17 months old.
She sticks like 50 of them overlapping on her shirt.
Peels them off and gives them to everyone, but then wants every single one back.
She has sticker radar. If she sees one stuck on something, she wants to peel it off and make it her own.
I have stickers stuck to random pieces of furniture. I found one UNDER the covers in my bed the other day.
She squirrels them away in her little paw at bedtime and takes them to bed with her.

My dd just became really interested in them... She's 21m. Does the exact same thing yours does! You can find em for less at the dollar tree.

Haha. My daughter is 18 months old and loves them too. This is why I do supervised sticker art only. LOL. she has no access to them without mommy nearby. I have no interest of having them all over my furniture and hidden in things.

My DD is 2.5 and has loved stickers for over a year. Everyone always gives her stickers when they buy her gifts. But I gave her blank books and she puts her stickers in there. She has 2 bookes almost filled up already. And she actually sits and looks through her books and can tell you exactly who gave her which stickers. She even has a page dedicated to the stickers she gets at our ped's office lol

Um, yeah...maybe I'll just not expose her to them for a while longer. She liked some free Mickey Mouse ones that we had, but overall, isn't terribly interested. They are good motivators though, so I need her to get interested eventually.

Re: Stickers. ...And more stickers.
my 22 month olds are obsessed as well so I've built up a little stash of stickers for rewards or "omg, I really can't play blocks again for one more second so lets put stickers on our shirts for 5 seconds of peace" type days. The dollar bins at Target always have little booklets with stickers too if you are plowing through them like we do!

Re: Stickers. ...And more stickers.
DS is 4 & still gets excited for stickers as a reward. Thankfully he knows to only stick them on his cloths or his calendar/reward chart. But many have appeared in the washing machine after forgetting to get them off the clothes at night.

Yes! And obsessed with peeling stickers off items too, like the little tiny ones on the back of a frame

This is a great idea. I remember having sticker books as a kid. I should try this with my dd. Its so annoying when I accidentally wash her clothes with stickers on them.

DD now loves stamps. I pulled out my old stamps and purchased some new ink pads. I also got her alphabet stamps and they were a huge hit.

These sticker books are the best -- all the stickers are reuseable http://www.amazon.com/Eyelike-Stickers-Animals-PlayBac/dp/0761169334

My DD is almost 2 and half and loves stickers too. She has been refusing to have a diaper change and get dressed in the morning and I promised her a sticker if she did yesterday. It worked but I think I set a bad precedent!

DD has one of these books and she loves it! Then again, she loves any and all stickers. Thankfully I've never had an issue getting them off of the floors or furniture but she is very good about keeping them on the paper. She actually tends to stack them all in one spot on the paper. I do have pictures of her with a sticker of a hat that she put on her head. At some point she forgot it was there and I was the bad mom that left it bc it made me giggle.
