Has anyone had a small extension added to their house (1 or 2 rooms)?
Dh and I are just trying to get an idea of a price range for adding 1 bedroom and possibly a little more family space onto our home. I know it can all depend a lot on our house and what the contractor would have to work with. But we're just curious if anyone has had anything done like that and how much it cost/how long it took.

Has anyone had a small extension added to their house (1 or 2 rooms)?
We are considering it and based on which route we go (addition, dormer, extension, etc) and the size and contents (plain rooms vs new bathrooms, etc) we are looking anywhere between $50 and $100k.

We looked into adding a room onto our house, I think it was 15x15 and we were quoted about $25k, no bathroom.
