He always tells me to do things for myself….I just never find the time!!!

If I have something I need/want to do, I always check in with my husband to make sure it's a good time for him to stay with the kids. He does the same if he has something to do. Neither of us wait or ask for permission, but we also run things by each other out of respect.

I do not take time for myself. I actually laughed out lout to myself, because they way our dynamic is at home, I'm the last on the list of priorities. The weekends are full of errands and stuff with the kids.
I get my hair done once every six weeks, and I make my next appointment when I'm paying for my haircut. I go home and it gets put on the calendar. That's it. No manicures, no pedicures, no eyebrows, no cup of coffee with a friend, no reading a magazine at a bookstore, no shopping trips, no gym, no cardio/zumba/yoga/spin class...
Yep.
