Gianna does not listen to me...when I tell her no she laughs at me the more I mean it the harder she laughs. She has been biting me I tell her no and than she laughs and tries to bite me again...no matter when I tell her no she laughs. I say it stern, I try to explain to her why but she is only 20 months old I don't really think she is understanding me. What can I do? Any advice? Is this normal? Am I doing anything wrong?
