Aruba with a 4 year old?
We've only been to Aruba childless. Looks like we'll be taking the trip with DD in May- she'll be 4....any advice/things to do with her/places to go?
She LOVES the beach and the pool, so I know she'll love that stuff...but is there anything else you can reccomend?
TIA

Re: Aruba with a 4 year old?
We're going next week with my 4 and 2 yr old. Been going every year for the last 7 years. Pretty much play in the sand all day, but since DS is a bit older we are doing a boat trip one day and the timeshare that we stay at has some activities for the kids that I may sign him up for. The pool has a lazy river and slide. Between the pool and beach, boat trip, kids activities I think that will be more than enough.
Once we get to the timeshare with the kids I don't take taxis to leave the area anyway since everything is close and like I said.... swimming and playing in the sand will exhaust them. I take crayons and paper, stickers, etc to the beach too so when they need a break (or I need a break) they can draw on the chairs with the coloring books.

Re: Aruba with a 4 year old?
Go to the butterfly garden!!! It's so nice!!! And go early in your trip because you pay once and they let you come back as much as you want for the rest of your trip for free if you keep your paid ticket. It's peaceful and beautiful and fun to look at all the butterflies.
You can also go on a boat ride, or walk the stores. There are movie theaters and ice cream shops and plus the beaches/pools. I feel like you will have too much to do!
