HBB and LATCH/tether
Do I use the LATCH and tether on my Nautilus when its in HBB mode? I'm thinking I can use the LATCH based on 2014 regulations, but I'm not totally sure. Thanks!

It depends on the weight of the child, you need to check the manual.

Everything I seem to be reading says that I can use the LATCH because it isn't restraining the child, only the seat, but I still can't seem to find a definite answer on whether I should leave the tether attached. Anyone else have some insight?

The latch shouldn't be used if the child is over 40 lbs I think. Mine are installed with the seatbelt. The tether I believe can be used with either. You can call Graco and ask, although with the recall you might not get through.
