Cool attractions for toddlers in orlando?

Anyone have any ideas? DD will only be turning 2. We are staying at a resort that has a sprinkler park n age appropriate stuff for her, but trying to find something to do with her outside of the resort too. I don't think we'll be visiting Disney just yet with her.

Seaworld is great for younger ones. We also enjoy walking around Downtown Disney.

You may want to think about Disney. We took my dd for the first time when she was 20 months old. She LOVED it! The looks on her face were worth every penny. I still love looking at the pics 11 years later!

If you don't want to pay for Disney park tickets, I would recommend visiting various Disney resorts. Arts of Animation has great theming and a nice playground. Animal Kingdom has the animals. Have a character breakfast at Chef Mickey's and/or Ohana. Rent a surrey bike at the Boardwalk (my 2yo LOVED this). Take the free ferry around. Downtown Disney is also a good place to visit.

Well there are places like sea world and legoland but not sure they offer more for a 2 year than wdw does. I think there is less to do at many of the surround parks that have more height requirements and more shows (which can be harder for 2 years to sit through). Although I would add them to your list

I know you said not disney yet but....Many people don't realize that disney offers as much for the little ones as it does. A 2 year is free in wdw! No park ticket and some meals are free. They can do 90% or more of the attractions especially at the magic kingdom. At 2 it is all magic to them that is lost with the 5+ year olds (although they still love it) the way their eyes light up, they sing and dance on the rides is soooo worth going at the very young age. I often see people say wait. But I can say from taking kids from age 12 months up to 6 that the cost of the ticket alone is so worth watching their mouths drop open, their squeals and the sparkle when they ride things like its a small world, see Minnie Mouse etc. disney is good older but by then many know it is not really Mickey and it loses a bit ( that does not mean my 6 year old doesn't beg us to take her). I was also surprised to hear my DD say kids tell her at 6 that disney is for babies to go to universal. (She would hate universal bc she gets motion sickness so the disney rides are much more her speed).

Chef Mickey looks adorable! But I went to book reservations and there are no available times left. I'm going beginning of May Chat Icon

Definitely consider magic kingdom. We took ds when he turned one and he loved it. Downtown disney is also fun. I wouldn't go to seaworld - i never really liked it and am totally opposed to going there after seeing the documentary Blackfish about their treatment of their orkas / it was heartbreaking.
