How do I start pumping?
My newborn has been EBF for the past couple of weeks. I would like to eventually start pumping but I am unsure of how to incorporate this into my day. I'm looking to build a freezer supply so I can go out occasionally and have someone else feed my DC. Are there any resources that can guide me to do this correctly? I don't want to mess with my supply.

How do I start pumping?
Your best bet is some time in the morning since your supply is likely highest then. I did it about 30-45 minutes after DD's first feeding which would give me about an hour after I finished pumping before she had to feed again. I never pumped consistently (2-3x a week at the very most) bc I didn't have a huge need. My go to resource was kellymom.com.

Kellymom.com and workandpump.com.
SAVED MY LIFE when I needed to start pumping to build a stash and get my body used to the pump for my return to work. These sites will walk you through it.

How do I start pumping?
Definitely recommend Kellymom.com. To start my freezer supply, I just pumped 2x a day. Once after my morning feed and then again after I put DS down for bed. Eventually if DS skipped a feeding overnight I would wake up anyway to pump. Once I went back to work I continued to pump every 3 hrs. As for nights out or time away - I would pump right before I went out and that would cover the feeding for while we're out.

Re: How do I start pumping?
I started pumping once a day around 4wks. I would pump right after my first morning feed of the day. Around three months o started to pump twice a day and would just do the second pump after one of her feedings during the day. I had a pretty nice freezer stash by the time inwent back to work at 4 months.
As for websites, kellymom.com was very helpful to me.

When I start storing for going back to work is it best to put it in storage bags?

Get the breastmilk freezer bags. My favorite was the target brand. They were large and cheap. I would label the bag with the date so when I fed her I made sure to grab the oldest ones.
