prenatal massage
can anyone recommend a place for a good prenatal massage - nassau or queens.
do they really have places that have pillow/cutouts for the belly so you can lay on your stomach during the massage???
the last one i went to (with dd) i had to lay on my side and i didnt find it as enjoyable

I just had one a few weeks ago at Massage Envy In merrick
I ued Maggie
she was great
there is no hole in the table, you lay on 1 side w a pillow and then switch sides

Just as an FYI- I learned that the ones with the cutouts for your belly are not really good for you because it puts added strain on your lower back, with gravity pulling the weight of your belly straight down. HTH!

Went to Elements twice in RVC.
I fell asleep completely last time, so it must have been very relaxing ;)
