On the What to Expect blog it said that nothing really can be done. Great, right??? 
They say it's all hormonal so vitamins won't help. They suggest coloring your hair lighter and getting a new haircut to hide problem areas.

My dr. Had me take Biotin, vitamin B complex and it really started to help. I lost my hair very badly I had bald spots..

It's just your body getting back to it's usual hormone levels. There's nothing you can do but wait it out.
