Very bad PMS after having a LO. And is there anything to take?
Do you notice that your PMS is through the roof since having your kids?
The actual period is ok, but the moodiness a few days before is insane.
I used to get crabby before having DD, but now I'm like a real biotch.
And does Midol or anything work for mood swings?

YESSSS!!!
I think I actually started a thread about this at one point too. haha
I actually ended up going to my doctor and having blood work done to make sure something wasn't majorly off. The week before I get my period, I'm pretty much a raging lunatic. So they did my blood work and everything came back normal, so she gave me a prescription for Xanax, for when it gets really bad. But all that really seems to do is make me incredibly sleepy. But I guess sleepy is better than raging lunatic. lol
I've never tried Midol.

Take magnesium and extra calcium supplements! Had this problem for the longest time. I have been doing this starting the week before my period and I am 1000X better!

My PMS was always pretty bad but now I find that I get anxiety too.
Like a day or so before my period I find myself anxious and almost panicky for no good reason.

This is me. I am one hell of a biotch right before my period. I snap at every little thing. I just want to stay in bed under the covers and don't want to be bothered by anyone. I am very moody!!
