GD ladies..do you ever cheat?
I just had an ice cream bar and feel so guilty  . Do you ever cheat? When I had it with my son I was able to control myself so well this time (although I am controlling it) I find it harder and sometimes have a little extra of something which does make my numbers go a little high.

Yes, I totally did! If you're "good" 90% of the time then that little 10% where you allow yourself an indulgence is totally fine.
I had GD REALLY bad with my DD, I was on insulin 4X/day, and one day I left the OB and I was DYING for Carvel. So I ate it. I felt slightly guilty but I enjoyed the heck out of it even more!! 
Don't beat yourself up, we ALL cheat. Nobody is perfect all the time!

I did. Once. And I threw up everywhere. Had I not, I'm sure I would have done it again! Don't beat yourself up, baby will be fine!
