I honestly think she was broken hearted, young and probably saw a dependency issue forming and nipped it in the bud by checking into rehab to learn to deal with it all.

ITA. I understand the annoying celeb/rehab thing but I really like her and think it was a smart thing to go and get the peace and quiet away from the limelight to deal with whatever she needs to deal with.
I'm betting that she still loves Justin, wants to be with him (they were together earlier this month) but knows he is toxic. Maybe she started doing drugs, etc. She doesn't want to go down the path he's been going so she's doing something about it. A mature decision imo.
