No, UppaBaby is an exclusion (it's listed on the coupon).
If you register there and attend their completion event, UppaBaby is not excluded.

I agree to wait til the registry completion event. No exclusions. Sometimes the cashier doesn't care and will take the coupon anyways, but you're taking a chance with that!
