Wash baby's face everyday with mild baby soap or warm water..it will go.away in a few weeks. Its totally normal. My baby had it bad at 2-3months.old

I put a little Breast milk on it; and would wash it with cetaphil followed up with aquaphor. Nothing really else you can do...it will go away on it's own. DS had it bad! i was nervous he was going to get scars or something!
