What do u do when you do too much?
I think I overdid it today between cleaning and shoveling and am very very crampy right now. I am trying to sit down but with a 5 year old it is hard. Anything I can do to feel better?

What do u do when you do too much?
I usually rest and drink a ton of water. Sometimes I eat something if the other two do not work.

Def lay down for awhile and hydrate. I over did it 1 day last week and was so sore by the end of the day. I stretched a little before laying down and that helped too. I have a 2.5 year old, so I know resting us easier said then done. Netflix and early bedtimes have been my friends (although at 5 moving up bedtime might not work )

Lay down and rest. Def put your feet up and hydrate. Feel better!
