I feel like such a slacker with the 2nd one

My younger DS turns 1 on March 25th. We have the restaurant booked for his party, and the invitations will go out next week. But other than that, nada. I have not thought about entertainment, favors, dessert, or even what to buy him. I feel like such a terrible mom. With my older DS, I started planning his May birthday in January, and everything had to be perfect. But I obviously had more time when it was just him, and I was also a SAHM back then, whereas I work 3 days a week now on top of raising 2 kids under 3.
In any case, I am wondering if anyone has any ideas for entertainment? We will be having app. 15 kids. I am also hoping I can find someone who still has availability for March 30th, which I know will be hard. For my older DS we had a bounce house and Nick the Balloonatic. We obviously can't do the bounce house, but maybe I will do the balloons again. Any other ideas are welcome!

Not sure where you're having the party, but for both DD's 1st bday parties, I had a DJ. It helped entertain the kids as well as the adults.
