BTDT: Buying Milk at JFK
Flying to FL in a few weeks with a 12 month old. She'll be drinking regular whole milk at that point. I'm assuming I can't bring milk through security but will I be able to buy milk at the terminal ?

You can bring milk through security. Just take it out and says it's for the baby and they will screen it separately. Honestly, I just thought it was easier to buy milk inside, the cibo place had like the 16oz whole milk chug type things,

Yup I've bought at the terminal. They had small containers of Horizon. Once I brought my own milk and they opened it to screen it and didn't close the cup properly. Milk spilled all over my carry on. From now on I'm just buying when I get there.

If your child is 2 or younger you can bring any liquid you want for them. TSA has special machines to test what is in the bottles.
