He likes yogurt, so he gets some everyday..then oatmeal with a fruit and a vegetable. He also loves puffs and crunchies. I will also give him bites of whatever we are having for dinner...he's had spaghetti, chicken, meatballs...etc. I am however having a hard time finding veggies he will eat...
My friends who are both pediatricians said anything is fair game except nuts and shellfish
