Gas relief
What do you do for gas relief? All of a sudden, I'm constipated and have bad, sharp gas pains at night. Tums helps with the heartburn not gas.
I drank ginger ale earlier today and was able to burp. But now, after a dinner of matzah ball soup (lol) I have so much gas that's built up that I'm super uncomfortable.
I should have asked at the dr today but naturally didn't.
I'm 6.3 weeks.
I didn't want to come out this early on the board, but alas, here I am, in need of your expert advice :)

Gas-x for gas and prunes and lots of water for the constipation.

First off, CONGRATS!!!!!
After my ER, I was so constipated and my RE recommended Plum juice:
When I was about 11 weeks pregnant, I was constipated again and used it and it worked.
They will also tell you to up your water, to exercise, and to up your fiber. I tried all of these things, but the juice worked the best.

Gas relief
Prune juice and lots of water. I think you can take metamucil too. And I can't believe I missed this!!! So happy for you!! Congrats!!!!!!!

I am in love with this!!!!!!!!!!! And it doesn't go away.....mine just turned to heartburn!!!! XOXOXO!!!!!

Mine went away. Bloating and gas were bad from week 6-10. The constipation was AWFUL for week 11-12. 27 weeks now and nothing since then - now just heartburn!
