Most Romantic B&B on North Fork?

I want to surprise my husband for his 40th with a weekend to the North Fork. Our hobby used to be wine tasting before we had our children. I figure what better occassion to revisit our past. ;)
Any restaurant and B&B recommendations welcome.

Last time we were out there we stayed at the Shinn Estates B&B. It's so quaint (I think they only have 4 rooms) and the breakfasts are delish! It's also on a winery, so we found the setting to be beautiful.
