Any advice for infant with sensitive skin?

Lately it seems that DD always has red hives or dots on her face. Yesterday she was rubbing her face against her sleeve and broke out in a rash. It also seems a bit dry. It is only on her face.
Any advice on what we can use?

My DD has dry sensitive skin. We use aquaphor ointment on her cheeks in this cold and it does wonders. We also use Cetaphil cleanser, but my DD is 2.5...not sure if infants can use it.

Check w/ your Dr, but I swear by aquaphor ointment now.

You can use Aquaphor and Cetaphil on an infant. It's what my dr recommended for DD and it's worked really well. We also use CeraVe Cream after baths.

We also use aquaphor. Dd is the same way. She even gets red bumps from us just holding her. She gets all-out hives on her legs when she gets really upset crying. And at nay given moment, she has a few hives on her face, which we can't figure out what causes them.

We wash clothes in ALL free and clear.
Baths in cetaphil.
Cerave cream on her body.
Aquaphor on face

DD still gets rashy easily on her face despite all the above measures. Certain foods irritate her skin or if she is getting a tooth she gets red patches. Certain animals can bother her too, especially of a dog licks he face, she gets very itchy and gets red spots. Do you have animals?

Shea Moisture baby wash has been so great for DDs sensitive skin. She also can't have any bubbles or anything in her bath water. I put aquaphor of her face at night when it gets dry. I also put it on when she goes outside.

All free and clear for all laundry, no drier sheets or free and clear sheets.

I use california baby unscented wash and aquafor or babyganics lotion. DD gets extremely irritated by cetaphyl wash or cream and I've been afraid to try cerave bc they seem similar.

I also try to stick to very simple foods when she's breaking out a lot. I cut down on dairy and stick to simple fruits, veggies, whole grains, yogurt and avoid processed foods.
