BRU Trade in Event
Has anyone ever done the baby gear trade in event? I have an old exercaucer that I was thinking about replacing for baby #2 (it was a hand me down and not in the best shape) and this would be a good time to do it if I can get 25% off a new one. I know it says they don't need a receipt, will they really take ANY trade in? And are there stipulations on the coupon? The replacement I would get is a red hot item and I know most coupons can't be used on those items.

Not sure about the rest of your questions but I believe I read in the fine print that red hot items are excluded from the 25% off.

Yep. And true, they don't care about condition.

They take any baby gear trade in and you don't need a receipt they don't even look at the item. You must use the coupon the same day your trade in.

Do you actually get a coupon for 25% off?? In reading their catalog, it had an * by it and then said a 15% off coupon would be given.
We wanted to trade in a car seat for a new baby item -the rock n play sleeper we need for DS#2.

It's normally twice a year but last fall (of course when I needed something), they did not have it. There were a lot of complaints so thy may or may not have it one more time this yr
