If you make your own baby food
How long do you keep a tray of fruits or veggies in the fridge? If I have to freeze them how do you usually defrost them?

Few days in fridge (i make small servings gone in 2 days) You can use ice cube trays then put cubes in freezer friendly container small plastic baggies. Defrost in bottle warmer (cube in a small bowl) or soak in warm water.

This is what I did. I would defrost the cubes by placing them in a little bowl and then placing that bowl in a larger bowl of hot water.
ETA, I used ice cube trays sold specifically for freezing baby food. Once the food was frozen, I popped out the cubes and stored them in a freezer ziplock bag.

They would stay in the fridge 2-3 days. Otherwise I froze them in ice cube trays and then put them in zip lock bags. I would defrot either in the fridge over night or just in some hot water.
