When do children...
Not need to drink milk, or a liquid nutrition.
When can they just eat breakfast, lunch and dinner and water or juice or whatever?

IMO not for a long time. The milk whether cow or whatever is for calcium. So unless you can guaranty they are getting enough from other sources then they still need it.
The other nutritional values in milk can more easily be provided through other items.

When do children...
After a year, my ped said as long as they get their three servings of calcium a day he didn't care where they got it from.

Re: When do children...
My kids never really took to regular milk, so we tried that for about a month or two (at 1 year) and when we spoke with our ped she said it was fine for them not to drink milk and to ensure that they got two servings of calcium a day (which is a piece of cheese, a yogurt etc). So we did that, and it works out fine since thankfully they are fiends for cheeses and yogurt.

Re: When do children...
My DD is 2.5 and has on average 6-8 oz of milk a day. Some days she asks for more and I give it, some days she's not feeling milk at all and I don't force it. She's a great eater, and takes a vitamin daily, so I'm not worried about her not getting proper nutrition.
She loves broccoli, and that is a great source of calcium, so I make sure to give her that a lot too. We eat a variety of veggies and proteins too. I think after 2, as long as the child is a good eater, liquid nutrition isn't important.

My kids never drank milk regularly, still don't at 3 and 6. Occasionally they'll drink chocolate milk or strawberry milk if we're out but they don't like milk. Their calcium comes from cheese, yogurt, veggies, etc. and milk in her cereal (which really isn't much)
I think they were both about 18 months when they gave up bottles, which was when they gave up milk (for DD2, it was soy/rice milk) neither would drink it out of a cup.
