Foot in Rib?
Hi ladies! I'm almost 32 weeks and lately I have just kept getting this really uncomfortable feeling like the baby's foot or something else is stuck in my rib. It can linger there for an hour or so and is really awkward to the point where I have to lay down at times and hope that it moves. It's almost impossible to stay in a seated position bc it's almost painful. Has anyone else experienced this? TIA!

Re: Foot in Rib?
at 28 weeks i get something like this.
it's not a sharp pain but a slow cramp feel…almost like a foot is creeping up there. i try to stretch it out by just shifting and it goes away

Foot in Rib?
I definitely feel my little guy kicking at my ribs. I usually lay on the opposite side and he moves.

Foot in Rib?
She doesn't kick my ribs but she does kick my hips all the time! It's very strange and uncomfortable at times.

Re: Foot in Rib?
I'm 32 weeks and my ribs are killing me too. I try to stretch or massage the area to see if baby will move and sometimes it works

I got this too. What seemed to work was going down on all fours, doing cat/cow poses, and swaying my hips from side to side.

Foot in Rib?
Always!! My baby has been in my ribs for a while now. It seems to be his/her favorite place to nestle!! I think it started around 25 weeks... 10 weeks later at 35 weeks still the same! It can get very uncomfortable, especially the bigger baby gets!
