DS refusing bottle?
The last 2 dats DS refuses his bottle for the most part, preferring to furiously suck on his hands or binky. He ate about 10oz less yesterday, but no fever, content and happy. When I bring the bottle near he screams, arches and pushes it away. He doesn't even want to be in the feeding position! He had red cheeks last night too. I might hit PM Peds today, but any ideas?

Re: DS refusing bottle?
How old is he? Could he possibly be teething? My DD often gets red cheeks with teething, and sucking on the bottle can be painful when they're cutting teeth.

Sounds like teething. Totally normal.

DS refusing bottle?
I would make sure he doesn't have a ear infection...

DS refusing bottle?
Thanks girls! He's 3.5 months, doc thinks it's just part of a growth spurt, no ear infection. He's sleeping a lot too, but now he's taking his bottle again!
