vitamins for 1 yr old
just wondering what vitamins you are giving your 1 yr old?
dd used to take tri vi sol and gave me no problems at all. a few month ago the ped said we should switch to the poly vi sol and DD hates it
she refuses to take it and if i manage to get it in her mouth she spits it out
any suggestions on how to get her to take it?'
or can i switch her back to the tri vi sol - i figure taking that has to be better then taking nothing

My DS takes the same vitamin. I put it in his first bottle of milk.
Try that or juice. My ped also told me not to squirt it in his mouth because it'll stain his teeth.

My ped said not to mix the liquid vitamins with other liquids. When DD started refusing them he gave us a chewable. She's loved taking her vitamin since then.

this. I'm not sure what vitamin it is, but it's a liquid in a dropper and she's been taking it since she was started on vitamins at all

Same. Ours is a liquid (that my DD loves for some reason  ).

Yes the polyvisol is gross. I mix it in their cereal with fruit. They eat it no problem.
