Do you have a city mini gt?
If you do can you please explain to me about the seat, I know it reclines flat but dd is constantly pulling at her tray trying to sit upright.
She is always leaning back in a relaxed position and she wants to sit up and see. I cannot figure out for the life of me how to adjust this or if it does.
Can anyone help?

Do you have a city mini gt?
I have one ... but I'm not 100% sure what your question is ... are you asking if the seat goes fully upright? If so, I think that's kind of a flaw of the stroller. :-/ There seems to always be at least a little bit of a decline. The best I can get it is FULLY pushing it up (pushing past the shade).

Yes she's always laying down a bit, like slightly reclined and she hates it and screams and tries pulling herself forward with the tray. I need it to move forward a few inches.
