if you have gone on a cruise... ETA another ??? - CruCon.com???
Just a quick question...who do you book your cruises thru? A specific website like cruises.com or crucon.com.....a travel agent.... Directly thru the cruise line .....
Just want to check all possibilities as I know some have incentives while others don't. Thanks

It really depends on who has the better incentive. It changes. I've booked direct, through a TA, through a site.

I hear Costco gives a substantial gift card for booking through them. A couple hundred dollars I think?

I've gone on 3- 1 was through orbitz, 1 directly through carnival & the other I'm unsure as I didnt book it personally.

Either with an online company or directly through the cruise line. I go with whoever has the best deal and offers the most inboard credits and perks, especially when the cruise cost is often the same.

I have booked with a travel agent, through an online company like CruCon and directly through the cruise line. Depends on whether or not the travel agents are offering any additional incentives.

Thanks I actually booked my disney cruise last year with Costco and was very happy. They are offering a decent ship board credit on the one we are thinking of this year jsut trying to shop around and see if there is anyone offering anything better!

Thanks everyone...
Now a follow up question....Has anyone ever booked through crucon? They have some good reviews, one or 2 bad and an A+ rating with BBB but I am unfamiliar and when we do book it will be with 2-3 other families so I want to be sure we arent goign to be taken.....
But thye have some pretty good incentives right now so was thinking about it!

You can get on board credit and some cruises you can get a bunch of free stuff.
