threw up during my 3 hour GTT today
they did the first fasting blood draw, I drank the drink and 20 minutes later I started not feeling well. I told the lab tech because he told me to tell him and so he lead me to a room to lay down. I laid down for no more than 3 minutes before i got up and ran to the bathroom. Unfortunately I didn't make it and puked all over the floor. Now I have to wait for my OB to get the fasting blood draw results and let me know what's next. I seriously think I'm just going to decline any further GTT that involves drinking that stuff. I really don't like how it makes me feel.

I didn't have to fast for my 1 hour, but I don't know about the 3 hour.
I'm so sorry you felt so sick -- and hope they can test you in some other way! Good luck!

threw up during my 3 hour GTT today
I failed the one hour, declined the three hour, and elected to prick my finger and track my food instead. I am so happy with my decision. The one hour made me feel disgusting. I had to track my food and glucose for two weeks, and I was eventually cleared of GD.

I just did the 1 hour and while I didn't mind the taste of the drink (I had orange) it definitely did a number on my stomach
