Re: Disney Signature restaurant? Which one?
Well I think California Grill is pretty good I would make that a top choice. The big plus is the view form there, esp if you can see the fireworks or sunset. They did a huge rehab not that long ago. Also there are several kids clubs nearby if you need that.
We had a nice meal a while back at AKL at Jiko, the GF has several nice restaurants, one (V&a) which is excellent but comes with a step price tag and a stricter dress code.
I used to like the one in France in EPCOT on the second floor. That also underwent a big rehab not long ago. That could be nice because after dinner you can enjoy EPCOT and illuminations if you want. Have a drink in another country after dinner and just walk around.

My favorite is definitely the Yachtsman Steak House. WOW. I have never experienced food like that at Disney before. It was incredible. I highly recommend it.

It depends on where you're staying. DH and I make it a point to have dinner at California Grill on each trip. We schedule our dinner time to coincide with the fireworks.
I also love Narcooses and Citricos (both at the Grand Floridian). If you want an amazing, dress up dinner, go to Victoria & Alberts. It is the only adults only restaurant on Disney property - the food and service is just outstanding.

I loved narcosees. To me, it was better than the California grill. But I love seafood.
I've been wanting to try yachtsman also. And if you want a really big splurge, Victoria and Alberts is supposed to be oncredible
