How would you describe BH contractions?

I never had them w/ DD, never went into labor, was induced, which didnt work well and I basically went from no contractions to intense, fast, excruciating contractions and got drugs...so I don't think I know what regular contractions even feel like.

I'm 32 weeks and seem to occasionally have a weird sensation over my belly, and sometimes mild period like cramps in my lower back that come and then go. This mostly happens at night and seems random.

How would you describe BH contractions?

They feel like a tightening of your belly. It is like a clenching that comes on strong then starts to go away. Initially I only had them in the lower part of my belly below my belly button but above my pubic bone. The past few days I have started to have a few in the top part of my uterus. They feel different then menstrual cramps. Back pain and menstrual like cramps are symptoms of labor.

Thanks! I definitely feel that clenching like once or twice a night lately. The cramping is so random (last time I felt cramps, right before typing this initial post, it actually was just gas )
