Another question for those who have/had LOs with reflux

Did you find that there were good days and bad days? My DS will go 2-3 days where he doesn't seem to be in pain/ won't vomit up his bottles and then all of a sudden he's screaming in pain and can't keep down a bottle. He's been on zantac for 2 weeks or so and it seems to be helping but I can't figure out why when I think we're making progress we then take 3 steps back. Is this just part of the reflux thing?!

My dd would do that. She turned out to also have a dairy intolerance. How old is your ds? Dairy intolerance can mimic the signs of reflux and/or exaverabte a true case of reflux. I changed my dd formula to alimentum and never had any issues again. She remained on zantac as well
She outgrew it completely by 6 months. And was off meds.

My dd is the same way. She will have a few good days and then will have a day where she won't finish bottles, screams and arches. I don't do anything different those days so I'm not sure why some days she's uncomfortable. I feel so bad for her.
