We booked our honeymoon through that site and had no problems at all.
We also just booked a vacation for next month through them, they have the lowest prices of all the sites I've looked at.

I've used it a couple of times and had no problems. Lat time I booked with them, I could't find the combo of hotel/flights/dates that I wanted, so I called and they person I spoke to was so helpful and put together the exact package we wanted. I would definitely recommend!
