Favor question
Doing character cookies for DD 1st birthday. Obviously I want all the kids to get one, but what happens with everyone else. 1 per family? Per person?

I did like 1.5/family. I kinda just tossed a bunch on the tables - kinda spread them out. Figuring those who wanted would take.
