For dinner, we pretty much give him whatever we're eating (pasta / veggies / chicken / beef / ribs / whatever). He loves meatballs most.
For lunch, we generally give him an omelette, grilled cheese, pita with hummus, bread with butter and cinnamon, or leftovers from the previous day. If we don't have enough, we add some whole grain crackers and/or cheese to complete the meal.

Dd is 16mos. But at 15mos still she eats: plain yogurt, avocado and banana mashed, a cut up hard boiled egg, pieces of cheese, waffles, French toast, I blend different fruits and make purées/applesauces like blueberry-peach-strawberry, lentil soup/stew, pasta fagoli (w beans), pasta egg-pea soup, I freeze tiny portions of it all and defrost for daycare.
SHe eats cut up steamed broccoli and spinach, also clementines or tangerines. I also cut an apple in half and w a metal spoon scoop the apple like an Italian ice and she'll seriously eat an entire apple that way! You can do it w pear too.

Re: What is your 15 month old eating?
DD's are 14 mo. with top and bottom teeth. Their menus look like this:
B- waffle, pancake, scrambled egg with cheese, oatmeal or farina/cream of wheat + A banana cut up (we're practicing with a fork) + a yogurt
L- meatballs, meatloaf, pastina, chicken, pork chops, mac and cheese, grilled cheese, spinach & veggie omelette, risotto with veggies, turkey and melted cheese, beef stew w/veggies, eggplant, fish, pot roast or soup. + a fruit (anything and everything) + a cookie lol
D- one of the above foods (if I give them meat at lunch, then they don't have meat at dinner etc) + A fruit + a yogurt
I make all of my food and batch freeze it except for the risotto, eggs, and sandwiches.

To add a couple of things to PPs
DD loves the Gerber ravioli, I give the ones with spinach. Dr. Praeger's vegetable pancakes. They make broccoli and cheese and a spinach variety I bought at Stop and Shop. Dino Chicken nuggets (extra omega 3s added, it's a healthier variety) I bring those puree pouches on the go, I try to make sure it either has yogurt or a good mix of veggies. Fruit, fruit, fruit! Pasta we make ditalini so we don't have to cut it up. Or we use whole wheat, the veggies varieties or barilla plus for extra nutrition.

Re: What is your 15 month old eating?
she's not much into variety at 14 months
she still eats baby cereal and either pear puree and applesauce EVERY day for breakfast.
either for lunch or dinner each day she'll eat a yogart and sliced banana.
snack either cheese or cut up melon or some pasta salad-she loves the rotini pasta with some veggies (broccoli, olives, peppers) in a little olive oil. mum mums.
then for whichever meal is left she'll have: chicken nuggets & fries, mac n cheese (her FAVE), pasta with a little butter and parm cheese with a meatball of some sort - particularly likes a chicken meatball I make, grilled cheese, balsamic chicken, sautéed green beans... that's pretty much it, though she was a big fan of Chinese food the other day lol and she always gets a veggie pouch too.
