I read it on the Disney boards. People decorate their doors with the magnets. Also, pirate night, I don't know much about, just have seen pics of kids and read that a performance is put on in regards to it.

Printed out the images, covered them on both sides with clear contact paper and glued magnets on the back. If you google Disney cruise porthole templates, you should be able to find stuff. We did a Mickey head, Minnie skirt/bow, and a pirate hat for pirate night. Here is our door on Day 1

Thanks! You should also try to sign up for a Fish Extender group. You can find them for your cruise date on Disboards. We didn't partake in it since we booked last minute, but it looks fun! You hang up something to hold little gifts, and each person in the group leaves you a little something, and you do the same for them.
