If you were on bed rest for your first pregnancy

Did you end up on bed rest for subsequent pregnancies? I know every pregnancy is different but I just want to get an idea of how common it is to have a repeat bed rest or if there is hope that it can be avoided.

I was taken out of work 1month early and put in bed rest. I was induced at 38 weeks due to high BP, severe swelling, etc. I didn't have any of those issues with my second pregnancy. My BP was great and I worked until my water broke at 38w5d.

That makes me feel better. Thank you. I'm really concerned about some changes I'm making professionally and what will happen if I end up on 3 months of bed rest again.

I was on bed rest with DS and will be on bed rest again this time. I'm expecting twins, so I'm not sure if I'd be goibg on bed rest if it was just one.
