I know babies r us has a few incentives-a completion coupon, a gift card back, a welcome bag with samples, etc.
Does buy buy baby offer anything?

Registry incentives at buy buy baby?
Buy buy baby offers a completion discount and a welcome gift bag. You can also use bed bath and beyond coupons for most purchases- there are some exclusions like baby jogger products.
