Insomnia
This not sleeping thing is really starting to get to me. I have not slept more than an hour this entire night and I can't remember when I slept at night last. I passed out on the couch late this afternoon after being out all day. I think that did me in. I don't know how to get through the next 6-8 weeks! If I didn't have to work or have such a long commute I wouldn't care. It almost seems like my body is getting me ready for the twins to come. Lord knows I won't be sleeping for the next year!! Not sure there are any answers but I just needed to vent
Anyone else like this? Could GD be the reason for this?

Insomnia
3rd trimester definitely. I've had GD since 13w and was able to sleep just fine til I hit the 3rd. Last night was by far the worst. I was tired all day and assumed I'd have no problems sleeping. But my back hurt, I had RLS, and I ended up not falling asleep til after 4am. I was literally sitting on my couch sobbing around 2:30am b/c I was so tired but couldn't fall asleep. It sucks but I guess it's nature's way of preparing us for less sleep? LOL

Re: Insomnia
I am only 25 weeks, but I've had insomnia throughout this pregnancy. My doctor has me taking unisom and it helps me greatly! I still wake up to go to the bathroom or to adjust and get comfortable, but I get more than an hour or two of sleep a night and I fall asleep faster.

Re: Insomnia
I just started having this and I am 33 weeks. I get such pain in my hips from all the pressure on them that it wakes me up.
