Check out my registry? UPDATED: w/ lots of suggestions

A few of the big items have been purchased already..

- I am NOT breastfeeding
- My baby will be born in May so I don't want to get a warm weathered thing for the carriage/car seat.
-Our mattress is being bought at BBB

So what am I missing..or what would you change?

Thank you!!

BRU
Registry # 51951675

ETA: I made some changes to my original post based on the wonderful suggestions I got. Any1 else have any insight? Thanks Chat Icon

Check out my registry?

I would say add more hangers and soothies (those are the only ones my DS takes), lose the plain onesies, add a bathtub, a floor mirror, and an exersaucer.

ETA: Add a bouncing chair/seat and a sound machine.

What is a soothie? Any particular brand for the onsies? I keep reading gerber shrinks.
The bathtub and bouncy were bought.. I do need an exersaucer! Thank you! Thank you!

I don't use any plain onesies, and didn't have them on my registry, but I got some as gifts. My Gerber onesies did shrink but you will notice that all baby clothes shrink, especially the BRU brand clothing. The soothies are the pacifiers you have on the registry, but also make sure you get the newborn version because the 0-3 are thicker than the newborn and my guy didn't like them.

ETA: How about a diaper pail? I know some people don't like them but I have the Arm and Hammer one and love it!

You might want yo reconsider registering for diapers and wipes-I have had so many people tell me it was the best thing they did bc they find not have to purchase any for the first few months. As for baby wearing leading to hip issues--there are several carriers on the market that help put the baby's legs into a position that is healthy/safe. You may want to check into it- I know the ergo carrier has good reviews.

The carrier to be worried about w/ hip issues is the baby bjorn. The others are perfectly fine -- Ergo, Boba, Moby, Beco, Mei Tai, etc. With those, the baby is in a seated position instead of dangling. The Baby Bjorn is the one that has them dangle hence why they're nicknamed Crotch Danglers.

ETA: Also I've heard that the car seat protectors are not recommended by car seat technicians for a reason that slips my mind right now.

I would skip the breathable bumpers. We had them- they did nothing, broke quickly, and we ended up just taking them off. I found them to be a big waste of money!
I would register for some plaiin white onesies and socks. People never think to buy them on their own and you'll need a lot!

I also forgot to mention a baby first aid kit and the Little Remedies kit (you will def need the gas drops and gripe water!). Also, nail clippers are not recommended to use on babies because if you accidentally clip the skin it can get infected...I use a baby nail file instead.
