Potty regression?

DD has been diaper-free for a little over 2 months now. She had been using the potty here and there for a year before we went cold turkey and was waking me up at night if she had to go, so it was time. We kept pull-ups at night for a few weeks, but she always woke up dry. (She will be 3 next week.) She did amazingly well--probably too well.

Now the past week, she's been waiting too long to tell me that she has to go (despite my persistent asking). And then by the time she does, she's already leaked a little in her underwear. She did this a record-breaking number of times yesterday and also leaked on my (new!) couch and rug. And she wet her bed two nights in a row. The first night she woke me up and was upset by it. Last night, she didn't even wake up. I went to check on her and found her sleeping in pee. ETA: She peed on toilet both nights right before bed.

I'm overdue to have a baby (was due Mon) so I assume that this might have something to do with it and that this might get worse when new baby actually arrives.

So what do I do? I've read not to get upset about it. Do I put her in pull-ups again at night? I fear that sends the wrong message. Do I go back to M&Ms or some sort of treat (stickers didn't really do much for us)? Or just wait it out and pray she'll get back on track soon?

I put my DS in a diaper at night: he never wakes up dry.
For DD, we keep her in a diaper at night too even though she wakes dry.
I'd just relax at night & reinforce days. No more treats. Just explain that she's got to tell you earlier.

Thanks for the response. The nighttime thing actually concerns me less. The past couple of nights were fine again and she even woke me up at 5:30 this am to say she had to go and went right back to sleep afterwards. It's the daytime leaking thing that is more perplexing. I keep nicely telling her that she has to tell me sooner, but she isn't doing it. She never did this for the first 2 months, so I guess it's a bit of laziness--getting caught up in playing. But I hope it ends soon.
