baths and time of day
When we give DD a bath a night she is so uncooperative. She gives me issues with washing her hair, wont listen and will throw water out of the tub at me. But if i give her a bath during the late morning on a weekend or this past break when I was home she is perfect.
Any one else deal with this and have tips for bedtime baths that I can try?
Thanks.

I don't have thid issue but maybe she is too tired. No every kid is going to be into a bath as part if bedtime routine. Maybe reading at night is better & bath during day..

Re: baths and time of day
Baths make my kids hyper. I can't do them right before bed. I do them around 5 before dinner. Time for hair to dry and relax from it. They eat dinner then 7/7:30 bedtime.
It sounds like she's way overtired. I would find a good time and do them then. Obviously you can't always do then in th morning. I would find a time that's convient for you and do it. No one says they have to take a bath right before bed.

I agree with the other ladies. Sounds like she's too tired for the night time bath. Some kids just aren't into it. My DD loves her morning/mid-afternoon baths.

baths and time of day
I give my DS baths at 7pm (ish) I would rather do it earlier in the day because he gets crazy in the bath and is def not a relaxing thing before bed. But since we both work full time its the only time we have.
Give a bath at whatever time works into your schedule.

Sounds like she's just too tired when you're giving her a bath. Try doing it earlier.

Yeah i usually give my son a bath in the morning. Night baths make him hyper - i ma sure it is a tired thing. He has been better lately, but I still only do nighttime baths when absolutely necessary.
