Coughing only at night and early morning
The past three days 4 month old DD has had this dry cough that only happens early in the morning (about a half hour after waking up) and an hour or so before she goes to bed. Never during the day or before/after naps. It doesn't seem to bother her. No other symptoms.
Anyone experience this?

Sounds like post nasal drip and yes lo has had the same issue. Unless there are other symptoms, I wouldn't worry too much. Maybe try a humidifier at night and saline mist.

I don't want to scare you - but DS had this Fri and Sat night, and woke up Sun with a fever and a wet cough. Brought him to the doctor today and he has bronchitis and is on a nebulizer. My doc said this is going around right now. Keep a eye on her and if it gets any worse I would take her in..

Elevate the mattress with towels. Dd had a nasty cough and it helped it immediately.

Thanks. Yes that is scary! Thanks for letting me know though. I will definitely look for changes in the kind of cough she has.
I hope DS feels better!!!!
