3D sono scan
DH and I have been thinking about getting one done. Does insurance cover this scan? If not approx how much do they run?
Has anyone do the scan at North Shore LiJ? What weeks on preg is this normally done?
I am going to call them this week

3D sono scan
I just had one at babys 1st appearance in port Jeff. I was 27 weeks. There were packages starting around $75 I believe. I got the 3d/4d sono 4 prints, cd of all images and the dvd of the entire scan for $150. It was so awesome the pics were amazing. We are team green and its so much fun trying to determine if it looks like a boy or girl

Re: 3D sono scan
So I just called north shore and they only do these scans for medical purposes- I am pregnant that's not a medical reason? Lol
Ok where in Nassau county did you get your scans done?

3D sono scan
A 3D sono is elective, not medically necessary, so insurance will not cover it. I had mine done in Florida as a surprise for MIL, but my sister used http://impactmedicaltechnologies.com/facility.html and had a great experience.
