How do you cut the night time bottle?
It's a habit. I want to stop she takes 4 oz at least once a night. How do I stop? Cold turkey? Less and less? When she cries take her out of the crib? Looking for advice!

How old is she? I stopped the last middle of the night feeding by putting less in the bottle gradually over a couple of nights.

Oh both are good ideas! She is 8 months. Sometimes she wakes up once sometimes twice or never at all!

Ive heard slowly dilute with water until its all water and then they realize theres nothing to wake up for cause they aren't getting milk.
NOW if you think shes legit hungry like maybe she didn't eat as much or drink as much that day then that's different.

I don't think she's hungry each time. Sometimes I think it's the reflux too. I will have to really pay attention and write things down this week to see if there is pattern. It's hard to remember at 4 am lol!

Re: How do you cut the night time bottle?
My girls are at 9:30, 4:40 am and 8:30. They would eat at 4:30 then wake up again at 6:30 so I had to stop the 4:30 since I was sure it was waking out of habit at about 6.5 mo. I just went in and gave pacis and shhhh them. I pretty much set up on the glider and slept in there so I could shhh if they woke. I held them off till 6:30. It took a few days but broke the habit.
