6 month old and eating...
DS is teething BAD so I don't know if it's teething or if I should drop down the bottles. Here is his schedule right now...
8AM - bottle w/ cereal in it AND cereal by the spoon 12PM - bottle w/ cereal in it AND fruit 4PM - bottle w/ cereal in it AND cereal by the spoon 730 - veggies 8PM - bottle to fall asleep
He gets the cereal in the bottle because of BAD reflux (he also gets zantac twice a day). He still wakes up once in the middle of the night for a bottle. What can I say, he likes to eat?!
So lately he's eating like less ounces (usually drinks 7 but only drains the bottle in the middle of the night) and barely any of his solids. I always give the bottle first because I know the formula is more important then anything else he can eat.
Lately he also will nap at like 6 and we wake him to feed him around 9. I HATE waking him so we let him sleep past his usually feed. The other night he got to bed at 10PM, that is WAY too late. I want him to go to bed between 7-730PM. He slept until 6AM. It was heaven but again too late of a bedtime.
Any suggestions to get him to sleep through the night or to get him to eat? Do you think we should drop a feeding or a bottle? Or give less ounces?
TIA and sorry this is so long.

I would do the veggies at 4pm and drop the 2nd cereal serving. Then I would give his bottle at 7/7:30 for bedtime. Or if he is falling asleep at 6 I would just let him sleep and see what happens. If he's waking up at 10 just for a bottle and sleeping until 6, that's pretty good. Is he sleeping 6-10, waking up for a bottle and going right back down?
