Post-holiday swelling
Is anyone else super swollen this morning? Between Christmas Eve and Christmas, I can't even get my ring on or off my finger! I am hoping it subsides a bit. It's uncomfortable.

Post-holiday swelling
I heard to drink a lot of water! Helps flush everything out! I am "lucky" and most of the food between Christmas Eve and Christmas Day involved seafood (which I am allergic to) or antipasto, sausage, or other things I am not eating while pregnant... so I didn't get much to eat!
I also read somewhere that moving around a lot/walking would be good too.
I did wake up with both hands all pins and needles again... I hate that!

I've been swelling pretty bad in general lately, but yes, this morning was BAD since I was on my feet pretty much all day for the past three days. I brought up the swelling to my doc last week and she said to drink TONS of water and keep my feet up as much as possible. So whenever I can I've been laying down with my legs up on the back of the couch to help the water drain down. I also bought a pair of compression stockings.
Luckily I'm home for the next few days and am done hosting, so now I can relax and hopefully get rid of some of this water!

Post-holiday swelling
When I was pg with DS, Christmas night was when the swelling hit and unfortunately, it didn't go away till he was born. REST!!! Put your feet up and drink lots of fluids

Post-holiday swelling
My hands have been so uncomfortable lately! I am 33 weeks and have just started to notice the swelling and stiffness in my hands. I get woken up with pins and needles too ugh. I am going to drink lots of water. This is the first week that I actually *feel* pregnant. 7 weeks to go!

Post-holiday swelling
I was carrying lots of groceries yesterday and didn't realize I sort of pinched a nerve in my ring finger... had to take off my e-ring and couldn't put it on all day! Had pins and needles for over 12 hours :( Such a weird feeling... yucky.
